Instant Hot Water Systems.
- Our Instant Hot Water Systems are designed to heat domestic hot water (DHW)using low temperature hot water (LTHW).
- Our standard range is designed for outputs from 50 kW to 2,000 kW based on heating DHW from 10°C to 65°C using LTHW at 82°C. Alternative kW duties or temperatures can be quoted on request.
- Each system is delivered fully assembled and tested to ensure easy installation.
- The standard unit is equipped with:
Gasketed Plate Heat Exchanger with AIS 316 stainless steel plates.
Primary LTHW circulating pump to pump LTHW through the heat exchanger.
4 port control valve with electric actuator to control the flow of LTHW into the heat exchanger.
Temperature sensor on DHW outlet.
Temperature controller with LED display of DHW temperature and set point temperature.
Control panel.
High limit thermostat with manual rest button and indication light that turns the primary pump off in the event that the DHW goes over-temperature.
